I've experienced my fair share of obstacles before getting the body I have now.
I used to smoke a pack of cigarettes a day, drink like a fish and eat tons of junk food.....and I've had THREE back surgeries.
I quit smoking, cut back on the drinking and learned how to eat for the body I wanted. I also slowly learned how to lift weights and workout in spite of my injuries.
It took baby steps, but I did it. So here's the thing, if I can do it, YOU CAN DO IT!
