I want to make this simple, so below are just a shit-ton of healthy snack options that you can take on the go or have at home that won’t make you feel like crap.
Making healthy food choices doesn’t have to be hard. Read nutrition labels to get an idea of the macros and how it can fit your personal goals and then eat that shit!
As long as you are aware of the portion sizes per serving, you can totally get creative with your meals and how snacks can fit into your daily diet.
Life is about balance. You don’t have to sacrifice the yums.
1. Rice Cakes
Y’all. There are so many freaking options you can do with a simple rice cake to make them exciting AF to eat! Check it out!
2. Pre-Made To Go Options
There are a bunch of things you can just buy pre-made and ready to eat when you get hungry.
Plain greek yogurt packs a punch when it comes to protein and probiotics!
Want to make it extra freakin yummy?! Add Peanut Butter, or PB2, a dash of splenda and cacao nibs for a choc chip cookie dough taste!
You can also add a dash of organic granola and fruit!
So, this is a kind of strange thing that I learned to create when my sweet tooth hit and I didn’t want to mess up and grab cookies.
It may sounds weird, but I think it’s SO FREAKIN YUMMY!
What is it? Jasmine Rice, Splenda, Cinnamon, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder and a dash of coffee.
**Spoiler Alert – if you add a some of the protein powder listed below it’s a freakin legit party of sweet tasty goodness in your mouth.
4. Good Ol’ Protein Powder
My personal favorite is Total Nutrition’s NutraOne Mint Chocolate Chip! It’s seriously one of the best tasting ones I’ve tried. Highly recommend.
5. Protein Bars
Protein bars are a huge life saver when you need something on the go. Below are a few of my personal favs!

6. Nut Butter Packets
I love having packets of nut butter available for a quick dose of fat and protein when I’m hungry.
They have so many flavor options, I find it fun to buy a bunch and try them all.
Their coca + chocolate flavor is ahhhhmazing!

String Cheese & Cottage Cheese
Putting grapes in the freezer and having them get nice and cold is such a great option for summer!
